What Does the Slow Kinetics Analysis App Do?
The Slow Kinetics Analysis application on NanoTemper Hub ingests raw Slow Kinetics data from Dianthus α, processes the binding traces, and delivers structured analytical outputs tailored to three distinct interaction types:
Tight binding interactions — for high-affinity, non-covalent interactions where equilibrium is reached slowly
Covalent inhibitors — for compounds that form an irreversible bond with their target following initial non-covalent binding
Slow dissociation events — for compounds with prolonged target engagement, characterized either through calculation or via a displacement experiment
