What Does ScreenAssist Do?

ScreenAssist ingests assay validation data from the Dianthus uHTS instrument, processes it, and presents the results through an interactive, decision-focused dashboard. The goal is to provide a clear picture of assay quality without requiring dedicated analysis software or manual data wrangling.

Key capabilities include:

• Automated quality control: ScreenAssist evaluates assay data against established acceptance criteria, including Robust Z Prime, Strictly Standardized Mean Difference (SSMD), Fluorescence Coefficient of Variation (CV), and Neutral Robust Standard Deviation Equivalent (RSDE). Results are color-coded as Pass, Marginal, or Fail, enabling issues to be identified at a glance.

• Interactive visualizations: Data is presented through a series of diagnostic plots, such as Spectral Shift Ratio Z-Prime over time, Spectral Shift Ratio distribution, and Fluorescence CV over time. These visualizations help identify trends, outliers, or signs of signal drift.

• Structured assay validation workflow: ScreenAssist replicates and extends the assay development experience from DI.Control, providing a consistent, guided process for validating a uHTS assay before committing to a full screen.

• Excel export: Processed results and underlying data can be exported to Excel for further review or record-keeping.

• Plate mapping upload: Custom plate maps in .xlsx or .csv format can be uploaded, or the provided templates can be used to ensure that data is interpreted correctly.
