What is the NanoTemper Hub?
The NanoTemper App Hub is a server-based platform that brings together assay applications and analysis tools in one centralized workspace. It gives users fast, expert-guided access to experimental data and transforms raw Dianthus data into clear, actionable results through dedicated, easy-to-use apps. As new applications are added, the App Hub continues to expand to support streamlined workflows and more consistent data analysis.
What Can the Hub Do for You?
Dedicated apps for specific analytical tasks, designed around NanoTemper scientific expertise
Centralized login: one account gives you access to all Hub applications.
Consistent, reproducible outcomes across experiments and teams.
Currently Available Apps
The NanoTemper Hub currently includes the following applications:
Optical Unfolding Analysis for Dianthus: Analyzes thermal unfolding profiles, calculates inflection points, and provides stability and aggregation insights for binder validation. Available to Dianthus users with the Optical Unfolding feature activated.
Slow Kinetics Analysis for Dianthus: Evaluates fluorescence shifts over time, calculates spectral shift ratios, and extracts kinetic parameters like kobs. It also supports applications such as covalent modification monitoring. Available to Dianthus users with the Slow Kinetics feature activated.
ScreenAssist for Dianthus uHTS: Supports assay development and validation workflows by automatically evaluating key quality metrics, including Z', Robust Z', SSMD, and Fluorescence CV, against established acceptance criteria. Available as a licensed feature for Dianthus uHTS users.
AI Labeling Guide: Using UniProt/PDB ID information, it provides structured guidance to help choose the right labeling strategy and matching NanoTemper kit before running an affinity experiment. Available to all Monolith or Dianthus users - Learn more here.
More applications are being developed and will be added to the Hub over time.
