Signal quality
The signal quality measures the assay quality and is applied to Binding Check, single-dose, and Buffer Screen experiments. It is the result of dividing the mean of all the signal values by the mean of all reference and ligand ones. In this case, the signal values measure the Response Amplitude, while the mean of the reference and ligand areas is an estimation of the noise of the experiment.
For Spectral Shift experiments, the values are the ratio of each measurement:
