A TRIC-trace shows the change in fluorescence intensity of one Well over time, while a temperature increase is applied by the IR-laser.

TRIC-traces are shown normalized to 1.  TRIC traces can provide feedback about aggregation of the target molecule and Photobleaching properties of the sample.
