Confidence intervals
The Kd confidence interval is a statistical measure that helps you judge the reliability of a Kd-value determined from the fit of a dose-response curve. It is defined as the ligand concentration interval within which the Kd-value lies with a specified confidence. In Dianthus, this confidence is 95%. The smaller the Kd confidence interval is, the more reliable is the Kd-value from the dose-response fit.
In DI.Screening Analysis: the upper and lower confidence intervals can be selected from the “Choose Columns” functionality on the ligands page.
