The normalization ID is used to assign ligands to specific references in Single-Dose-Screens. All ligands that share the same normalization ID with a specific reference will be referenced to these wells. If one aims for row-wise references, the references and ligands within the same row should have the same normalization ID. However, this value can also be ignored. In that case on the reference page in DI.Screening Analysis one can select a row-wise, column-wise, plate-wise or assay-wise referencing of ligands.
