Software licenses for both DI.Control and DI.Screening Analysis software must be activated using a unique activation code. Information about the licensing status of your Dianthus software can be found in the “Licensing Status” section, which you can access under the cogwheel icon on the left side of the DI.Control start screen or by clicking on the DI.Screening Analysis icon in the upper left corner of the DI.Screening Analysis software.

License activation:

If you have already purchased a license, download the latest version of the software from the NanoTemper support page. Once the software is executed for the first time, an activation request code will appear. Please e-mail support@nanotempertech.com. The e-mail needs to contain the request code, which you can find under “Licensing Status,” as well as the serial number of your instrument (e.g., DI-00120). Your serial number can be found on the back of the power brick/instrument and enables us to determine your licensing information.

License transfer:

Licenses can be moved to a different user account or a different PC. To transfer a license to a different user account (or a different PC), first deactivate a copy of a license that is currently activated before reactivating a license.

To deactivate a license, open the software and click ‘License Status’ in the top left corner. In a new window named ‘Licensing Status’, click on ‘Deactivate now’. A deactivation code will be displayed. Please send this deactivation and the order confirmation number or invoice number from the purchase of your license to support@nanotempertech.com.

To reactive a license, install a copy of the software on the new computer (this step is not needed if the license is transferred to a new user account on the same PC). Open the software and go to ‘License Status’ to access a new ‘Request code’. Please send the new request code to support@nanotempertech.com, together with the order confirmation number or invoice number from the purchase of your license. You will receive an e-mail with an activation code for your request code. Enter the activation code in the ‘Activation code’ box and click ‘Activate’.
