The import experiment templates for Affinity Screening and Single-Dose Screening allow the import of Plate Layouts directly from Microsoft Excel. We generally recommend providing as much information in the Excel sheet as possible (well ID, ligand name, ligand concentration, etc.). 

The screenshot below illustrates the available columns for importing information. Note that from all the columns listed below, only Plate Name and Well ID are mandatory, and the sequence of columns can be freely assigned. Please familiarize yourself with the terms Normalization ID and Dilutionseries ID. Both parameters are quite important for the way data is analyzed later.
