Dianthus instruments are available with an orange filter set that can be used with many commercially available Fluorophores. Note that a fluorophore's maximum excitation/emission needs to be within the filter windows. Exciting or detecting less than the maximum fluorescence is usually sufficient.

The lightly shaded box represents excitation wavelengths, while the more darkly shaded one represents emission wavelengths.
