The dilution series ID signifies that all wells in the same dilution series ID are considered part of a dilution series. Users can manually set this value in affinity screening experiment templates or Import them. All datapoints with the same dilution series ID and the same ligand name are combined in one chart and considered for the affinity fit. Dilution Series IDs are also important for distinguishing replicates when using Merge Sets.
