The acquisition details tab provides in-depth information on each DLS acquisition collected during a dynamic light scattering measurement with PR.Panta Control.

It contains:

• the autocorrelation function
• the fitting results and fit residuals of the cumulant fit and size distribution fit
• the size distribution
• quality parameters of the acquisition and the results of the quality checks

Use the displayed results to identify issues with individual acquisitions and to decide if problematic acquisitions should be included in the analysis.

To navigate to a specific acquisition, click on a datapoint either in the violin plot of the size analysis measurement or in the thermal plots in the dynamic light scattering tab in thermal unfolding measurements:

In PR.Panta Analysis, the acquisition details tab is located below the data table in thermal unfolding analyses. When analyzing size analysis measurements with this software, all charts relevant for an acquisition are displayed in the right panel and the results of the quality checks can be found in the data table.
