To access new Monolith and Monolith X (serial number MM-XXX) software installers you need to create an account and login into the Support Center. Start by clicking on the "Sign In" button as show below.

On the next window, follow the steps to create your account as shown below.

After you login, all software installers will automatically be available in the Software Download section. 

For Monolith NT.115, NT.115Pico, NT.LabelFree and NT.Automated, please contact us via support@nanotempertech.com to request software installers. Please include serial number in your request.
