As you see, NanoTemper have launched a new Support Center, where you'll find the most up to date resources to help you get the most from your NanoTemper device.
The Explorer Community has now closed, and if you had an account on the Explorer Community, it will not be transferred. If you would like an account on this platform then please create a new one by clicking on the "Sign In" button at the top right of the page.
If you need to open a new support request, then please do so via the Chat at the bottom right of the page, or the Submit a request form.
