The MO.Control software is dedicated to running and analyzing MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST) experiments. It guides the user step-by-step through planning, setup and execution of experiments and helps to evaluate and analyze measured data. It also recommends assay improvement strategies and quantifies binding parameters such as dissociation constants (Kd) or EC50 values.

This manual explains the main functions integrated in the MO.Control software. Additional and more detailed information can be found within the software itself. Due to the intuitive and self-explanatory design, the user is able to set up and perform MST experiments using MO.Control without previous training.
