Follow the steps outlined below to activate MO.Control software for each new “Windows User” that will be using the Monolith control laptop and has already purchased a license. 

1. New user logs into Monolith control laptop with Windows credentials.

2. Open MO.Control software.

3. Navigate to the dropdown menu on the top left corner of the screen and click on “Licensing Status”.

4. Copy “Request code” shown in “Licensing Status” window.

5. Send request code, device serial number, and user contact information to support@nanotempertech.com.

6. You will receive an e-mail with an activation code for your request code. Enter the activation code in the “Activation code” box and click “Activate”.
